Cake will go nowhere!

Before taking a cake out of the pan to ice, put a dollop of icing on the plate. It’ll keep the cake from sliding all over the plate while you’re icing it or transporting it to serve.

Can’t tell ya how many times I’ve almost had a cake slide right off a plate before…Not anymore.
